Bad news about Michael Pannoni's Dailymotion account

I've got some bad news to tell you in this post about Michael Pannoni's Dailymotion account! It's now gone! His copies of Wheel of Fortune episodes could previously be found on Dailymotion on the pannoni3 page!

A few times I clicked on a link from Google's search results and that link actually led to a redirect to the US Dailymotion home page! That must mean that Michael's DM account is gone! He had 73 Wheel episodes up on Dailymotion, but I hope he uploads any more Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy episodes to Internet Archive, one of the websites where a Wheel or Jeopardy fan can avoid copyright problems altogether!

Also, if you've got episodes of Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy that don't exist on the Internet yet, I suggest that you upload the episodes to Internet Archive and do what I did!

I'm guessing that Michael still has the September 12, 2007 episode of Jeopardy! with a LONG full credit roll, but his copy of the full episode is not on Internet Archive yet as much as my copy of the credits!

NCAA March Madness Sweet 16 in Louisville

If you live in Louisville, you can be able to attend both NCAA men's tournament south regional semifinal games tomorrow and possibly the NCAA men's tournament south regional final game on either Saturday or Sunday! All three south regionals may be played at KFC Yum Center in Louisville.

On TBS, Brian Anderson will call the action, Chris Webber will be the game analyst, and Allie LaForce will be a courtside reporter at both Sweet 16 south regional semifinal games tomorrow!

Allie LaForce herself is one of the youngest female reporters in American sports TV history!

What I think of my favorite game show reruns

There have been syndicated packages of classic game show reruns, even in the past.

WFLA-8 (NBC in the Tampa market) aired reruns of the original Card Sharks by 1982, as I was watching a YouTube video showing a 1982 rerun of Jim Perry's Card Sharks that had a full credit roll. There have also been syndicated reruns of two shows starring Bill Cullen: the original versions of The $25,000 Pyramid and Blockbusters. Match Game PM has also aired in syndicated reruns in the mid 1980s.

WTSP-10 (CBS in the Tampa market) aired Jeopardy reruns at 4:30 weekday afternoons in 1996-97. It has also aired Jeopardy reruns on some Saturday nights, while CBS Sports programs have aired on other Saturday nights on 10. Also on some Saturday nights, 10 has aired reruns of nighttime Wheel of Fortune. From 2007 to 2012, WFTS-28 (ABC in the Tampa market) has also aired Saturday reruns of both Wheel and Jeopardy, and for the first two years they were on 28, they aired Jeopardy reruns at 9:30 in the mornings until September 2009.

For 2013, after the return of Wheel and Jeopardy to 10 the previous year, Jeopardy reruns returned at 10:30 in the morning before The Price is Right. When 10 moved Let's Make a Deal to 10:00 in the mornings, the Jeopardy reruns moved to 3:30 in the afternoon before Dr. Phil.

One of my other favorite game shows had been Merv Griffin's Crosswords, which aired locally on 28 for its entire run, as well as for a short period of reruns in late 2008. Too bad Crosswords ended its run in the summer of 2008, but 28 dropped Crosswords reruns before Trivial Pursuit America Plays which was rarer for me to watch than Crosswords.

I had been watching reruns of the 1994-95 season of Wheel of Fortune at the time 28 dropped Crosswords reruns in favor of the 2008 Trivial Pursuit revival starring Christopher Knight from The Brady Bunch, while Crosswords starred soap opera star Ty Treadway.

Since it hit the air on June 1, 2015, BUZZR has had WTVT-DT3 as the affiliate in the Tampa market. It has aired reruns of Blockbusters, Card Sharks, Password Plus, Super Password, Perry's nighttime version of Sale of the Century, and the CBS daytime version of Match Game.

Game Show Network currently airs Wheel reruns once again, this time those of seasons 30 and 31.

What FX would have done to celebrate Sasha Perl-Raver's 40th birthday

FX would have preempted its regular schedule on Sasha Perl-Raver's 40th birthday (August 21) to show a marathon of movies that have co-starred the female FX Movie Download co-host, such as Sol Goode and Dallas 362!

FX could get the TV broadcast rights to air any movies with Sasha Perl-Raver as the co-star in addition to showing FX Movie Download!

So there would've been more Sasha on FX in addition to Download!
