Glen Larson, Magnum PI co-creator, dies

TV producer Glen Larson has died of esophageal cancer at the age of 77. He died Friday. He was the producer of his own shows, Knight Rider, Quincy M.E., Magnum P.I., Battlestar Galactica, and NightMan, while working for his own production company called Glen Larson Productions. Larson co-created Magnum with Don Bellisario (who later went on to co-create NCIS with Don McGill).

Glen was born Glen Albert Larson on January 3, 1937.
